DMCA / Copyright Takedown Notice

1. Filing a Takedown Notice

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), copyright holders may request removal of infringing material. To file a valid notice, send a written communication to our designated copyright agent that includes the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the original work you claim is infringed (include URL if available).
  • Identification of the infringing material: The URL(s) on firzar.com where the infringing content appears.
  • Your contact information: Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good-faith statement: A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Your signature or that of an authorised agent.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information above, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
